MRS. FRAN WESSELING

President

Mrs. Wesseling is the former Executive Director of the Foundation for the Challenged, Columbus, Ohio, a current national Board member of the Green Beret Foundation, San Antonio, Texas and co-founder and Board member of Project Rise Above, a Warren County, Ohio Veteran charity.

MRS. BIANCA BALDWIN

Vice President

Mrs. Bianca Baldwin is the “Silver Star” Surviving Spouse of Major Baldwin and a Caregiver Advocate for the Special Forces community. She earned her degrees in Special Education and Biology from the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany before becoming a military spouse. Mrs. Baldwin committed her time, prior to Major Baldwin’s sustained combat injuries, to the respective Family Readiness Groups of SWCS in Fort Bragg, NC, and 10th SFG (A) in Fort Carson, CO throughout his military career. She has since been a spokesperson and role model for injured Green Berets and their spouses as she dedicated her life to caring for Major Baldwin for over 15 years. Mrs. Baldwin was awarded the United States Army Superior Public Service Medal, the Army Commander’s Award for Public Service Medal, and was honored as the first “Keeper of the Brave” recipient by the Green Beret Foundation in 2017.

MRS. VERONICA ASBURY-FROLLINI

Secretary

Mrs. Veronica Asbury-Frollini is a language arts teacher and 25-year educator, currently teaching at Olentangy Liberty Middle School. She is a 1989 graduate of Thomas Worthington High School and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University. She is also a former participant of the Leadership Worthington program. She is the proud parent of Connor, a scholar athlete Junior at Worthington Kilbourne High School.

DR. MARK BALDWIN

Treasurer

Dr. Mark Baldwin is an Associate Fellow, Biomechanical, Design, and Dynamics Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space in Denver, Colorado. He is a graduate of Worthington Kilbourne High School and earned a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctorate degree from the University of Denver.

JASON KOSTAL

Board Member

Jason Kostal is a West Point Alumnus and Board Member of The West Point Class of '98 Fund. He earned a master's degree from Emory University and is a retired officer of the U.S. Army. He is a Master Guitar Artisan and owner of Kostal Guitars in Phoenix, AZ.

RYAN WESSELING

Board Member

Ryan Wesseling is a Graduate from The Ohio State University, with a degree in Criminology. Ryan retired as a Firefighter/Paramedic after serving 24 years in public service as both a Firefighter and Police Officer. He now operates his own remodeling and renovation/restoration company in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is an avid snowboarder and is always seeking ways to better himself.

CONNOR ASBURY

Youth Ambassador

Connor Asbury is a 2023 graduate of Worthington Kilbourne High School and is currently attending Ohio Wesleyan University studying finance. He is a member of the University’s football team. Connor is part of the Economics Management Fellowship at Ohio Wesleyan and a member of the Athletes In Action Program. Connor’s college goal is to achieve a business finance degree and graduate in 2027. Connor is one of Major Baldwin’s nephews who dearly loved his uncle and admired his dedicated military service.

JACK WESSELING

Youth Ambassador

Jack Wesseling is a 2024 graduate of Milford High School, Cincinnati, Ohio and a member of the school’s football team for 4 years and a scholar athlete. Jack is also graduating from Great Oaks Career Campuses, a 2-year vocational school with multiple certifications in the welding industry, and plans to pursue a job opportunity with General Tooling Company. Jack is a proponent of high school students exploring various trades and earning certifications while in school. Jack is one of Major Baldwin’s nephews and admired his uncle’s dedicated military service.
